PURPOSE:To reduce errors by subjecting a pulse signal corresponding to a turbine rotational speed to A/V conversion so as to be sent to the rotational setting circuit of mechanical trip/electrical trip besides a control system and a rotational sped digital indicator so that setting per rotation is made possible. CONSTITUTION:A pulse signal from a detection magnet attached to the rotary portion of a turbine is inputted in a pulse counter 4 through a digital converter 2 and a corrugation forming circuit 3. The pulse signal is counted at a defined time interval here so that the counted value is outputted to a distributor 5 as a digital signal showing the rotational speed of the turbine. From the distributor 5, the digital signal is distributively outputted to a turbine rotational speed display circuit as a display data 6 and to calculating machine A, B which control the rotational action of the turbine as control data 7a, 7b. In addition, it is outputted as a signal 8 for electrical trip/mechanical trip test mode through an adder 9 to a comparator 12 which set a rotational speed at the time of every test mode.
