摘要 PURPOSE:To perform drilling with good accuracy by independently controlling the tool fitted to the tip of the wrist part of a robot as a mobile body from the robot by the information of the peripheral speed, shape and size of the action. CONSTITUTION:A locus interpolating device 5 is fitted to the tip of the arm 7b at the tip side of a multidegree of freedom robot 6 having numerous arms 7a, 7b and in this fitting state, a tool 8 is held to give various actions to the tool 8. These actions are effected independently from the robot 6 after positioning the tool by the robot 6. With the device of this composition, drilling of good accuracy can be effected stably.
