Method for producing mould cavities with internal screw threads, on site, where a vulcanisable resin is injected into a chamber constituted by the surface of the internal screw thread and an internal core (mould). This mould is composed of a set of components which, by successively dismantling them, will enable the mould cavity to be extracted. The mould is preassembled and equipped in order to be inserted as a single component in the internal screw thread. It is composed of a central tubular support (armature) 901 terminated by a centring plate 902 bearing an inflatable seal 903 for sealing the bottom of the chamber. The wall of the mould comprises smooth cylindrical sectors 904 and insert sectors 905, which are held in place by a top cover 906 and an inner pressing device 907, these being removable. The smooth sectors 904 are deposited after vulcanisation of the resin. The mould cavity 908, which is flexible, is then released from the internal screw thread by the controlled radial translation of the sectors 905 which cause it to deform, in order subsequently to be extracted using these sectors. <IMAGE>
