PURPOSE:To prevent an engine stop and a rotational fluctuation due to a load change in a vehicle air conditioning unit using a subengine as a power source for cooling and dehumidification by applying a stepping motor for governing the sub-engine and operating the motor at a high speed in acceleration and at a low speed in deceleration. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 10 is inputted with instructions from an operation panel 8 for cooling, dehumidification, temperature setting and the like, inside and outside temperature values from inside and outside air temperature sensors 9a and 9b, a load value from a load 11 and the speed of a sub-engine 1 from a rotational sensor 12, respectively. The control circuit 10 operates these information according to the predetermined procedure and controls the driving of a stepping motor 4. In this case, the stepping motor 4 is operated at a high speed for accelerating the sub-engine 1 and at a low speed for decelerating the sub-engine 1. According to the aforesaid constitution, an engine stop and a rotational fluctuation in engine due to load change can be prevented. |
