PURPOSE:To certainly inhale the foreign materials in a small-large quantity of water and permit the foreign material to be broken and pass, by forming the teeth by forming a groove twisted in the same direction to the direction of revolution of a rotary teeth with respect to the axis center, onto the fixed teeth for breaking the foreign materials in cooperation with the rotary teeth. CONSTITUTION:In a dry type submersible pump 1 having a stator 3, rotor 4, etc., a casing 8 and a suction cover 9 are installed, and combined with a vane wheel 11 installed onto a shaft 5, and thus a submersible pump is constituted. A rotary teeth 12 is installed onto the suction side of the vane wheel 11 at the top edge of the shaft 5, and a breaking ring 13 opposed to the rotary teeth 12 is incorporated onto the installation seat of the suction cover 9. In this case, the teeth 20 and a groove 21 are arranged alternately onto the inner surface of the breaking ring 13. The groove 21 is formed so as to have a twist in the same direction to the direction of revolution of the vane wheel 11 and the rotary teeth 12. Therefore, the passing resistance of water in the groove 21 is reduced, and the counter-flow of water in a small quantity can be prevented. |
