PURPOSE:To easily and quickly charge interval between housings by pushing a flange of tension bar and also a spacer to be possible to fitting/detaching to the other housing by working a hydraulic cylinder and fixing to the other housing. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a narrowing interval between the housings, a solenoid valve 40 is turned to T side and a clamp cylinder 24 is retreated and the spacer 23 is made to open-state by working a cylinder. Next, by working a shift cylinder, the shifting side housing 1 is shifted to the fixed side housing 2. Successively, after the spacer 23 is closed by working the cylinder, the solenoid valve 40 is turned to P side and the clamp cylinder 24 is worked, and by pressing the flange part of the tension bar 19 and the spacer 23 to the fixed side housing, the tension bar 19 is fixed to the fixed side housing 2. In this way the shifting side housing 1 is safely fixed to the fixed side housing 2 through the tension bar 19 in a short time without any handworking or crane- operation.
