PURPOSE:To attain the substantial function of a band bag carrying a small article stored therein by combining a small-sized television receiver and a hand bag so as to enhance the portable performance of the small-sized television receiver. CONSTITUTION:A protective cover 1 is supported by a rotary mechanism part 8 to the band bag 6. The protective cover 1 protects an operation system 3 comprising a television screen 2, an operation button or a knob from are external shock. The television receiver 5 is mounted to the side face in the inside of the hand bag 6 and the television receiver 5 employs a conventional television technology. In using liquid crystal for the television screen 2, the thickness of the television receiver 5 is made thin and the portable performance is enhanced.
