Mixtures containing a) a 1,4-dihydropyridine of the general formula I <IMAGE> in which R<1> is unsubstituted or substituted phenyl, pyridyl or thienyL; R<2> is hydrogen, carboxyl or nitro, R<3> is unsubstituted or substituted oxadiazolyl, thiadiazolyl or thiazolyl; and b) a 1,4-dihydropyridine of the general formula II <IMAGE> in which R<4> is 2-nitrophenyl, 3-nitrophenyl, 2-chlorophenyl, 2,3-dichlorophenyl or benzo-1,2,5-oxadiazol-4-yl, R<5> is, for example, alkyl or alkoxyalkyl, R<6> is -CO2R<7>, unsubstituted oxadiazolyl or substituted oxadiazolyl, R<7> is, for example, alkoxyalkyl, are outstandingly suitable for controlling cardiovascular disorders.
