PURPOSE:To attain high speed operation by making the logical amplitude of a level converting output optimum. CONSTITUTION:Since a diode D1 or D2 is turned on with an input signal at an input terminal IN1 or IN2 set to an L level, a transistor (TR) Q11 is turned on and a TRQ10 is turned off. Thus, A current I2 of a constant current source I2 flows to the TRQ11 side and a current I1 of a constant current source I1 flows to a resistor R10 and a level shift diode. Then, when the input signal at the terminals IN1 and IN2 is both at H level, since the diodes D1, D2 are both at off-state, the TRQ10 is brought into on-state and the TRQ11 is brought into off- state. Thus the current I2 flows to the resistor R10 through the TRQ10. The logical amplitude value possible for high speed operation is attained by selecting suitably the resistance value of the resistor R10, the level shift amount and the current value of the current I1, I2 in the operation above. |
