发明名称 MEASURING METHOD USING INTERFERENCE TYPE OPTICAL FIBER SENSOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure the change quantity of physical quantity to be measured with high sensitivity, by changing the proper parameter of an optical fiber sensor measuring apparatus so as to make an interference luminous intensity constant. CONSTITUTION:A feedback control system consisting of a regulation part 21 and a wavelength control part 22 is added to an optical fiber sensor measuring apparatus 20 and the wavelength of the light emitted from a light source is used as a parameter performing feedback control. A coherent light source part 1 has a semiconductive laser 30 and a current control part 31 so as to always supply a constant current and the wavelength control part 22 is equipped with the temp. control mount 33 mounting the laser 30, an electronic cooler 34 cooling the mount 33 to measure temp., a temp. sensor 35 and a current driver 36 driving the electronic cooler 34 so as to set the detection temp. of the sensor 35 to the temp. ordered by the regulation part 21. The regulation part 21 inputs the interference luminous intensity output of a homodyne type light detection part 4 to change the wavelength of the laser 30 so as to make the value thereof constant and, therefore, the corresponding temp. command signal is outputted.
