PURPOSE:To easily input data by storing and registering all selective inputs for a processing process and all input data for respective questions obtained until a prescribed purpose is obtained and reproducibly displaying the stored and registered questioning pictures and input data. CONSTITUTION:A questioning picture/input data display means 1 displays a questioning picture and input data on a display device 1. An input device 3 inputs input data for questions on the questioning picture displayed on the display device 2 or selectively input the questioning picture. A questioning picture and input data storing/registering means 4 stores and registers the questioning picture and input data displayed on the display means 2 in a questioning picture file 5. A reproducible display means 6 reads out the questioning picture and input data stored and registered in the file 5 and successively displays the read contents on the display device 2 every prescribed time interval.
