PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and to reduce the size by performing an arm shortcircuit prevention, an error operation remedy due to dv/dt and various remedies for shortage of a transfer delay time in the same circuit. CONSTITUTION:When an ON command is inputted to the input of a photocoupler PC, a transistor Q3 becomes OFF, and a voltage across a capacitor CT starts rising. When this voltage becomes the prescribed level or higher, a transistor Q1 becomes ON, and a base current is supplied to a transistor T1. The delay time from when an ON command is inputted to when the transistor T1 becomes ON can be freely varied by altering the capacity value of the capacitor CT. When an OFF command is inputted to the input of a photocoupler PC, the transistor Q3 becomes ON, and the voltage across the capacitor CT instantaneously drops, and the transistors Q1, T1 are turned OFF. |
