PURPOSE:To facilitate the operation by matching the deciding method of a transmission request size at transmission time of variable power with the decid ing method of the output size at the copy time of variable power. CONSTITUTION:An operation section 1-1 by which the operator applies input/ output and a read section 1-2 capable of reading an original of variable power, are provided and plural paper feed cassettes 1-4 with different recording size are loaded to a printer section 1-3 outputting a copy picture and received pic ture. Moreover, a communication control section 1-5 applying communication and a control section 1-6 controlling all components are provided. In case of the transmission with nonmagnification, the transmission is requested in a size in matching with the size of original and in case of magnification/reduction, the transmission is requested in the recording paper size of the paper supply to be selected. In using the transmission request size at the transmission time of variable power is selected to be the paper supply size, the operator attains the transmission alike the copying. In case of the transmission after the picture is confirmed after copy of variable power, since the transmission request size is decided by the set magnification at copy and the paper feed size, it is not required to designate the original size.
