PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce the hardware by adopting cyclic constitution to a matrix coefficient output circuit so as to realize a dynamic shift register. CONSTITUTION:The 1st matrix coefficients RQ-BI being output signals of a control circuit 115 are stored in registers 110-113 by a control signal F1. The registers 110-113 are of cyclic structure and the output signal 211 of the register 110 is inputted to a multiplexer 114 together with the output signal 206 of the multiplier 103. The multiplexer 114 uses a control signal F2 to constitute the registers 110-113 cyclicly or selects the introduction of the output signal 206 of the multiplier 103 to the register 113. The output circuit of the matrix coefficient is functioned not statically but dynamically. Thus, number of gate circuits is decreased.
