摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a high power voltage fluctuation rejection ratio by amplifying an input/output voltage difference of a buffer amplifier so as to control a current flowing to a drive stage thereby applying drive sink to a low resistance. CONSTITUTION:When a voltage at a noninverting input terminal IN<+> rises more than a voltage at an inverting input terminal, an output voltage of a 1st stage amplifier section falls down. Thus, the gate voltage of a P-channel MOS transistor (TR) M6 falls down and when a gate voltage of an N-channel MOS TR M7 is biased to be in the constant current state, the output voltage rises. When the voltage of the noninverting input falls down more than the voltage at the inverting input, the output voltage of the 1st stage amplifier section rises. Thus, the gate voltage of the P-channel MOS TR M6 rises and when the gate voltage of the N-channel MOS TR M7 is biased to a constant value to be in the state of constant current operation, the output voltage falls down. In connecting the output and the inverting input, the amplifier acts like a buffer amplifier and since a feedback amplifier section is provided, drive sink can be applied to a low resistance.
