Makeup mirror with lamp

A makeup mirror for installation in a sun visor of a vehicle contains a housing and an external coupling which is provided in the sun visor, a lamp section including a tubular, electric lamp which is provided in a recess in the housing and an internal coupling which is provided in the housing. Two contact elements are provided for bearing the fittings at both ends of the electric lamp, the ends of one end part of these contact elements being constructed as lamp holder parts. The other end of at least one of these contact elements is constructed as a connection part to be connected to the external coupling. The internal coupling is formed by parallel arrangement of a connection part which is connected to the other end of the other contact element to the connection part of the first contact element. In this structure, the use of the vehicle as earth is avoided so that the load-bearing body of the mirror can be formed with a lamp from a non-metallic light-weight material. In conjunction with the internal coupling, complicated wiring and complicated manufacture of the housing is also avoided, which simplifies the work required to mount the mirror with the lamp on the body of the vehicle.
