PURPOSE:To amplify and control output currents by the voltage of an electrode for control by forming a superconducting element in four terminal elements and mutually wiring first superconductive ceramics having the intermediate state of Tc onset and Tco within a wide temperature range and second superconductive ceramics, resistance of which is brought sufficiently close to zero in the temperature range. CONSTITUTION:First superconductive ceramics 4 having a temperature range between Tc onset and Tco is shaped onto a non-superconductive base body, and second superconductive ceramics 3, 5, resistance of which is zero or is brought close to zero in the temperature range, are connected and formed before and after the process. A film 11 having sufficiently large electric resistance is shaped onto the first ceramics 4, and a control electrode 10 is formed to the upper section of ceramics 4 on the film 11. Accordingly, an input signal and an output signal can be controlled as independent functions, and the element can be used as an element for switching and an element having an amplifying function.
