PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having excellent impact resistance and weld strength and improved weather resistance, molding and processing properties, by blending a composition consisting of an AES polymer obtained by water suspension polymerization and an aromatic polycarbonate with polymethacrylic acid ester, etc. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. composition consisting of (A) 10-90pts.wt. granular graft copolymer obtained by blending 100pts.wt. sum of A1: 10-60pts.wt. ethylene-propylene-diene rubber and A2: 40-90pts.wt. mixture of (i) 55-95wt.% aromatic vinyl monomer and/or methacrylic acid ester monomer and (ii) 5-45wt.% vinyl cyanide monomer with A3: 20-400pts.wt. hydrocarbon solvent and polymerizing and (B) 90-10pts.wt. aromatic polycarbonate is blended in molten state with (C) 1-20pts.wt. polymethacrylic acid ester and/or polyglutarimide and (D) 0-20pts.wt. MBS polymer and/or acrylic acid ester graft polymer.
