PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of the utilizing efficiency of a bus by allowing each terminal equipment to be connectable to a prescribed bus line in the bus for a prescribed time so as to allow each terminal equipment to transmit/receive only an effective bit in the transmission/reception data via the bus. CONSTITUTION:A coupling means 100 connects each terminal equipment 1 to each bus line in a bus 3. A 1st information (ts) designating a time region connecting each terminal equipment 1 to the bus 3 and a 2nd information (ab) designating the bus line in the bus 3 connected to each terminal equipment 1 are set externally by a coupling control means 200 which transmits an instruction (e) to connect each terminal equipment 1 to the bus line designated by the 2nd information (ab) in the bus 3 to the coupling means 100 at a time region designated by the 1st information (ts). Thus, plural terminal equipments are connected to different bus lines in the same time region. Thus, the utilizing efficiency of bus is improved.
