<p>PURPOSE:To inexpensively perform calibration, by respectively providing gas change-over parts to a sample gas line and a zero gas line and alternately supplying different gases to the sample gas line and the zero gas line at the time of the calibration. CONSTITUTION:When a calibration is performed, three-way solenoid valves 13, 14 are together turned ON in such a state that a light source 1 is turned ON not only to allow the second connection ports 13b, 14b to communicate with the third connection ports 13c, 14c but also to bring the first connection ports 13a, 14a to a closed state. In this state, since a CO calibration gas line KL1 and a CO2 calibration gas line KL2 are respectively brought to the state communicating with a sample gas line SL and a zero gas line ZL, CO calibration gas K1 and CO2 calibration gas K2 are respectively introduced into a rotary valve 5 through lines SL, ZL and, by the change-over operation of the change- over member 5b of the valve 5, the gases K1, K2 are alternately introduced into a cell 2. In this case, the gas K2 acts as zero gas with respect to a CO detector 3 and the gas K1 acts as zero gas with respect to a CO2 gas detector 4 and the calibration can be simultaneously performed.</p> |
