<p>PURPOSE:To discriminate the classification of semiconductor elements housed by providing a discriminating-content display means automatically displaying an assigned discriminating content and holding the discriminating content until the next revision. CONSTITUTION:An LCD display unit 12 has an LCD element 17 displaying a discriminating content by figures, a signal conversion section 18 displaying and driving the LCD element 17, and a battery 19 for backup holding the operation of the LCD element 17 and the signal conversion section 18 when a cassette 12 is removed from a test apparatus. A display indication signal from the test apparatus is decoded and memorized by the signal conversion section 18, and the LCD element 17 is driven and a predetermined figure is displayed and held until novel indication. Even when a power supply from the test apparatus is interrupted, display is held by the battery 10 for backup. Accordingly, classification is not obscured and mistaken.</p> |
