PURPOSE:To make it possible to deal with any facing material under the condition that its adhesive force is strong and mass fabrication is allowed by a method wherein the facing material having an interposing adhesive layer, which is produced by being coated with material with the same base as that of a molded item dissolved in solvent and, after that, dried, is positioned in a mold, and a molding stock is applied in the mold in order to mold integrally with the facing material by molding under heat. CONSTITUTION:Solution 7 made of material with the same base as that of a molded item dissolved in solvent is applied to a facing material 4 with a roller 6 as a coater. The resultant facing material coated with the solution is dried in a drier 8, and finally an interposing adhesive layer 3 is formed by removing solvent. Further, after being heated with a heater 9 during heating process, the facing material is fed between a mold 1 consisting of a core mold 1a and a cavity mold 1b. By shifting the core mold 1a towards the cavity mold 1b, the facing material 4 is cut off with a cutting means 10 provided on the core mold in a proper length. At the same time, the core mold 1a is situated in the cavity mold 1b, resulting in simultaneously fabricating the facing material 4 having said interposing adhesive layer 3 into a form same as the inner surface of the cavity mold 1b. |
