PURPOSE:To obtain a non-defective and good quality item and also facilitate releasing by a method wherein a synthetic resin film is interposed between split molds, at least one of which is air permeable and porous, the synthetic resin film is brought into tight contact with the mold by compressing with air just before the end of mold clamping, and after the end of mold clamping or after the evacuation of a cavity, a reactive curing resin is injected in the cavity and finally the resultant item is released. CONSTITUTION:After releasant is applied only to the molding surface of an upper mold 8, a synthetic resin film 18 is interposed between both the molds 8 and 10. Just before the end of the closing of both the molds 8 and 10, the compressed air is applied into a cavity 15 through the air permeable and porous lower mold 10. After the end of the mold closing, the cavity 15 is evacuated through the air permeable and porous lower mold 10 by putting a pumping system 17 into actuation. As a result, the synthetic resin film 18 is brought into tight contact with the lower mold 10. Finally, reactive curing resin 19 is injected from a mixing head 7 in order to fill the cavity 15. |
