PURPOSE:To obtain a tooth wash, containing a surfactant, water and thickening agent and capable of laying the whole on a toothbrush and readily carrying to the mouth by sealing together with gaseous carbon dioxide, air, etc., in a pressure-sensitive vessel and forming mousse-like bubbles in use. CONSTITUTION:A bubble-like tooth wash, obtained by adding a germicide, perfume, sweetener, etc., to principal ingredients of a surfactant (e.g. polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate), thickening agent (e.g. locust bean gum), water, etc., to form a homogeneous viscous liquid, and sealing the resultant liquid together with gaseous carbon dioxide, air, nitrogen gas, etc., in a pressure- resistant vessel and capable of jetting the contents from a nozzle into the form of bubbles. Since this bubble-like tooth wash can be laid on a toothbrush without tricklingly dripping and readily permeated into the interior of the whole oral cavity, has excellent cleaning effects without using a polishing agent, especially children's teeth are not damaged. |
