PURPOSE:To improve the yield of soldering operation by connecting a plurality of lead terminals extending in a horizontal direction at equal spacings and a magnetoelectric transducer to each other in the same plane in the radial direction of a cylindrical resin sealed member for sealing the magnetoelectric transducer. CONSTITUTION:A resin sealed member 8 is a cylindrical member wherein a magnetic detecting element 5, lead terminals 6a-6d and jumper leads 7a-7d are integrally sealed by a synthetic resin. The four terminals 6a-6d are ar ranged in the same plane in a radial direction at about 90 deg. spacings on the lower end of the member 8 in its axial direction. When the element 5 is mounted to a circuit board, the portion of the member 8 lower than the terminals 6a-6d is fitted into a round opening formed in the circuit board to be fixed, the terminals 6a-6d are made abut against the circuit board and soldered. Thus, spacings between adjacent terminals are increased, a bridge is hardly generated in soldering, an operational efficiency is improved and yield can be also im proved.
