METHOD FOR DETECTING DISCHARGE AND CHARGE TIME IN COKE OVEN

PURPOSE:To exactly detect oven number and time to be extruded and charged from signal without worrying about accident, by providing a twisted couple type inductive radio line capable of carrying out data communication over total length of travel motion of a coke oven extruder and continuously detecting the position of the extruder using the above-mentioned line. CONSTITUTION:A twisted coupled type inductive radio line 3 capable of carrying out data communication together over total length of travel motion of a coke oven extruder is arranged and a starting end 4 of the inductive radio line 3 is connected to an oscillator 5 for detecting the position of a ground control apparatus 1 and a communication control 6. Then absolute address position of the extruder is continuously detected by a mechanism for continuously detecting position by an absolute address detective system using the ground control apparatus 1 and an antenna 13, position- detecting part 8 and communication control part 9 in a car-borne control apparatus 2 on the extruder and appropriate oven number is calculated from the position when extrusion start signal of finished signal is received and oven number to be extruded and extrusion start time are detected from the extrusion start signal or oven number to be charged and charge time are detected from finished signal.
