发明名称 APPARATUS FOR MEASURING SURFACE SHAPE OF OBJECT CHARGED IN SHAFT FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To continuously measure the distribution shape of a charged object in the diameter direction thereof, by mounting a lever-shaped trace member to the lance, which is provided in a furnace in an accessible manner, in an independently rotatable/extensible manner so as to follow the lance. CONSTITUTION:A seal box 10 having a partition valve 11 is arranged so as to be connected to the piercing hole 2 provided to the iron skin 1 of a furnace body and a lance 3 is arranged in the box 10 so as to be capable of advancing into and retracting from a furnace 12 by a feed member 21 such as a chain strip. The upper end of a trace member 4 is pivotally supported by the leading end of the lance 3 in a revolvable manner as shown by a numeral 19 and a contact wheel 5 is mounted to the lower end of the member 4. A wire 7 is fixed to the member 4 on the way thereof and the other end thereof is wound around a drum 8 through rollers 22, 23 and can be delivered by the wt. of the member 4 in matching relation to the revolution and displacement of the member 4. By this constitution, the lance 3 is allowed to advance into the furnace and the wire 7 is delivered to revolve and lower the member 4 and the wheel 5 of the member 4 is brought into contact with the surface 6a of a charged object 6 and the member 4 is revolved and displaced so as to follow the uneven shape of the charged object 6 and the quantity of the revolution and displacement thereof is detected by a detector 9 to measure the shape of the surface 6a.
