PURPOSE:To reduce temp. difference and to always obtain stable large output, by connecting the thermocouple patterns of respective layers in series. CONSTITUTION:A pattern support membrane 5 is formed on a cylindrical insulating substrate 4 also used as a heat sink, and the first thermoelectric material membrane 6 and the second thermoelectric material membrane 7 are formed on the membrane 5. A high heat-conductive membrane 9 is formed on the membranes 6, 7 at the part corresponding to the thermocouple (f) being the connection part of the membranes 6, 7 and electric insulating membranes 8, 8' are formed to the other part while the first thermoelectric material membrane 6' and the second thermoelectric material membrane 7' are formed on the membranes 8, 9. The membrane 7' is connected to the membrane 6 at the end part of the membrane 8. The vicinity of the thermocouple (g) being the connection part of the membranes 6', 7' becomes a hot junction part (d) irradiated with infrared rays and the parts not irradiated with infrared rays becomes cold junction parts e1, e2. By this constitution, temp. difference is reduced and stable large output can be always obtained. |
