PURPOSE:To sufficiently utilize remote control function by deciding a device to be controlled not desired to be selected by a non-selection controlled device decision means and operating a control means to operate a disturbing operation section corresponding to the device to be controlled thereby disturbing a remote control electromagnetic wave signal to each signal reception section. CONSTITUTION:The non-selection controlled device decision means 13a decides devices to be controlled not desired to be selected, that is, devices other than the desired controlled device by a transmission code received by an input section 11 and disturbing operation sections 15a-15c corresponding to the decided controlled device are operated by a control means 13c. Thus, a remote control electromagnetic wave signal reaching each signal reception section of plural controlled devices is disturbed from being inputted to each signal reception section by the operation of the sections 15a-15c. thus, the signal is not received by the controlled devices corresponding to the sections 15a-15c but received only the signal reception section of the desired controlled device by the sections 15a-15c.
