<p>PURPOSE:To automatically inform the mechanical performance deterioration of each actuator by constituting a performance deterioration warning device with a program data extracting means which extracts an input condition change pattern, a means to store said pattern, a means which measures the time when the input conditions are changed, etc. CONSTITUTION:A programming tool 1, a CPU unit 2, an I/O unit 3 and a warning unit 4 are connected to a system bus 5. While various actuators 6 and sensors 7 are connected to the unit 3 as external equipments. In such a constitution, a user program of a flow chart form is supplied to the tool 1 and carried out by the unit 2. In this case, the detecting signal of each sensor 7 is fetched via the unit 3 and obtained control signals are sent to the actuators 6 so that the deterioration of performance of each actuator 6 is decided by the unit 4. This unit 4 consists of an arithmetic part 41, a RAM 42, a timing part 43, a display part 44, a mode switching control part 45 and an interface 46 and exchanges data with the unit 2 via the bus 5 to decide the performance deterioration of actuators 6.</p> |
