PURPOSE:To assure stable strength and shortened working time by employing laser brazing, as a brazing method, for a vertical spring which constitutes a support spring in an armature of a cross spring system. CONSTITUTION:A cross spring 6 consists of a leaf spring 6A and a vertical spring 6B. The lower end of the vertical spring 6B is connected to a protrusion 7A jutting out of an armature 7 by laser brazing to constitute a connection part 13. The upper end of the vertical spring 6B is connected to a protrusion 9A jutting out of the body 9 of a printing head by laser brazing to make up a connection part 12. In this way, the brazing for the vertical spring is effected through laser brazing and this enables improvement of strength, stabilization and shortening of working time for brazing. |
