<p>PURPOSE:To make control operation unnecessary by improving accuracy in winding-up round a molding drum, by performing continuously a process for winding-up an unvulcanized tire member cut off already round the external circumferential surface of the molding drum by moving forward a belt conveyor provided with a magnet attracting and holding the unvulcanized tire member cut off already. CONSTITUTION:An unvulcanized tire member M1 cut off already is attracted by a magnet 19, a front end part M2 is situated to this side of a magnet 21, a following unvulcanized tire member M is sent to a holder 7, a front end part M4 is held, and the front end part M2 is attracted by moving to a position directly below the magnet 21 by driving of a belt conveyor 22. Then the front end part M2 comes into contact with a winding-up starting position 50 of a molding drum 1 by moving to the upper part of the same. The magnet 21 is separated from the front end part M2, the unvulcanized tire member M1 is wound round the external circumferential surface of the molding drum 1 by one turning of the molding drum 1, and the following unvulcanized tire member M is pressed against a magnet 19. Then the front end part M4 is sent up to the M2 position, and cut off a little shorter than the length of the circumference of the molding drum 1.</p> |
