<p>PURPOSE:To increase the effective adsorption amt. of an adsorbent by sending a raw material through a high-concn. adsorption tower into a low-concn. adsorption tower in series in the adsorption stage and simultaneously depressurizing and regenerating the high-concn. adsorption tower and the low-concn. adsorption tower in the desorption stage. CONSTITUTION:The raw air is sent into the high-concn. adsorption tower 9 through a valve 3A, and impurities are removed therein. The air is then introduced into the low-concn. adsorption tower 11 through a valve 7A, the remaining impurities are removed therein, and the air is recovered as the produced. The low-concn. adsorption tower 12 and the high-concn. adsorption tower 10 are depressurized by a vacuum pump through a valve 6A to regenerate the adsorbent, the product O2 is introduced into the high-concn. adsorption tower 10 from a valve 8B, and the impurities are desorbed. The effective adsorption amt. of the adsorbent is increased in this way.</p> |
