PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of the unit and to reduce power consumption of a blower for air conditioning by providing indoor air intake ports confronting fan suction ports on both sides of the blower for air conditioning, and proving the blower for air conditioning in the vicinity of a blower for suction and discharge of air and at a position parallel thereto. CONSTITUTION:A suction fan chamber 3'a and a discharge fan chamber 3'b are respectively adjacent to a total heat exchanger chamber 3, and only the discharge fan chamber 3'b is adjacent to an air conditioning chamber 9. When the air conditioning is carried out while causing a coolant to flow to a heat exchanger 11 and the operation of the unit is started to carry out the ventilation of the room, air flows through a duct communication with the inside of the room from indoor air intake ports 14a and 14b and passes through the heat exchanger 11 via a blower 10 for air conditioning, and is blasted again into the room through a supply port 12. Therefore, the ventilation resistance is lowered because air does not pass a suction chamber or the like, and hence the power consumption of the blower for air conditioning is reduced. Further, since there is no suction chamber, it saves the space therefor.
