PURPOSE:To realize a highly reliable communication with the aid of error checking of a data by comparing the data, corresponding to a former frame and the present frame, and processing the data, corresponding to the former frame, when they coincide with each other. CONSTITUTION:The data, corresponding to the former frame, between the data of two frames portion, which are incoming at the same time, is inputted to a comparator 17 as it is, and the remaining data, corresponding to the present frame, is stored in memories 21, 23. The comparator 17 compares the data, corresponding to the former frame, and the data, corresponding to the present frame, and only when these data coincide with each other, the data is processed. When they do not coincide, the processing such as to generate an alarm, is performed, and the generation of the error is noticed.
