发明名称 MOLDING TOOL AND ITS MANUFACTURE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a molding tool superior in pressure withstanding strength, by a method wherein a back reinforcing part of the molding tool constituted of a metallic surface layer part and the back reinforcing part is made into an aggregate of granular bodies to be unified along with the surface layer part through a metallic coating. CONSTITUTION:A nickel coating layer is formed on the surface of a matrix 11 by an electroplating method and aluminum spheres 3, 3... purified through immersion into acid or degreasing beforehand are spread all over an obtained metallic surface layer part 2 in multiple stages so that they come into contact with one another. When nickel plating is applied to the matrix 11 obtained by accumulating the spheres 3, 3... on the metallic surface layer part 2 by immersing into an electroless plating tank, the aluminum spheres 3, 3... together with the metallic surface layer part 2 are unified by a nickel plated film 4. When demolding is performed by separating the matrix 11 and metallic surface layer part 2 from each other after the material to be treated has been washed by taking out through the plating tank at the time when the nickel platted film 4 has become a predetermined film thickness, a molding tool 1 having a back reinforced part constituted of the aluminum spheres 3, 3... and nickel plated film 4 is obtained.
