PURPOSE:To provide a safe and convenient hot water feeding device by a method wherein in case an amount of water detected by a water level sensing device during combustion in a burner is less than a extinction amount of water, the burner may terminate the combustion, a combustion air fan is driven in a medium rotation for a specified period of time and then the fan is driven for a specified period of time at a low rotation. CONSTITUTION:When a microcomputer judges that data showing an amount of water inputted from a water detecting device 1 during combustion is less than an amount of diminishing water, an output of electrical signal is stopped in such a way as a solenoid valve 5 and a gas proportional valve 6 are 'closed' and then an electrical signal is outputted in such a way as a combustion air fan 8 is rotated for one minute at a specified amount of rotation 'medium rotation'. When the microcomputer judges that an amount of water is less than an amount of diminishing water and seven minutes home passed, an output of electrical signal for the combustion air fan 8 is terminated.
