PURPOSE:To attain the edition of subscriber-line testing lines in accordance with the subscriber-line housing state of a station, by providing cable connectors shifting subscriber-line testing lines, whose number is smaller than the number of mountable devices, on an extension rack in the number corresponding to the number of controllers which are predicted to be mounted. CONSTITUTION:On an extension rack B0, connector pins which are the 4th one from the top among the cable connectors 7 and the subsequent pins are connected with cable connectors 14 through patterns 53 in such a way that they are shifted upward by three lines. Among the cable connectors 14, in addition, the 2nd and subsequent connector pins from the top are connected with cable connectors 51 through patterns 51 in such a way that they are shifted upward by one line. When cable connectors to be connected with another extension rack by means of cables are selected in accordance with devices mounted on the extension rack in such way, LT (subscriber-line testing) lines can be edited and common devices FCB for each extension rack can use one and the same constitution.
