PURPOSE:To obtd. a K2NiF4 type superconductive ceramic exhibiting K2NiF4 type superconductivity, by contg. a Y group element and an other lanthanoid element, a IIa group element of the periodic table, and an oxide of Cu in a proportion defined by the general formula, by a simple process. CONSTITUTION:The superconductive ceramic of this invention is formed of starting materials corresponding to the proportion expressed by the general formula [wherein (x), (x') are 0.01-0.3; (y), (y') are 1.3-2.2; (z), (z') are 2-4.5; A is a kind of element selected from the Y group; B and B' are plural elements selected from elements of the IIa group]. The above described Y group comprises Y, Ga, Yb, Eu, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Lu, and Sc. The above described IIa group comprises Ra, Ba, Sr, Ca, Mg, and Be. |
