PURPOSE:To enable many extruding pins to be simultaneously manufactured in the same length, by supporting a fixed size extruding pin material in its axial end surface onto a table of a surface grinding machine to be held and fixed by female and male pin holders liftably provided in a vertical base bed on the table. CONSTITUTION:To an extruding pin material, which is inserted being directed to the upper and held by each vertical corrugated long groove 4 of a female pin holder 3 set to a vertical base bed 2 on a table 1, a male pin holder 6 is pressed and the extruding pin material, in a condition that its axial bottom end is closely attached to the table 1, is fixed being held between the female and male pin holders 3, 6 by a tightening tool 9. Next the extruding pin material, after the base bed 2 is moved to a grinding position of the table 1 being magnetized and fixed, grinds the other protruding ends of many extruding pins by a grinding tool of a surface grinding machine, thus manufacturing the extruding pins in the same length. |
