PURPOSE:To improve the anti-puncture performance of a tire, and to reduce the rolling resistance, by bonding at least one layer of breaker to a carcass at both end parts or the like in the breadth direction of the breaker, so as to keep a clearance between the carcass part and the breaker part. CONSTITUTION:At least one layer of a breaker 5 is adhered or bonded to a carcass 3 at both ends in the breadth direction of the breaker 6 or at plural places of the breaker 5 part and the carcass 3 part so as to keep a clearance between the carcass 3 part and the breaker 5 part. For example, in a tire, a bead part 1 consisting of bead wires is embedded in a bead rubber 2 in both lug parts of the tire. And the head part 1 is surrounded by the carcass 3 consisting of 2-ply bias-shaped cord fabric, and further treads 4 are arranged on the ground contacting surface. In the above constitution, a breaker 5 consisting of 'Kevlar(R)' is bonded extending over the entire circumferential direction of the tire via a flat-woven tape 6.
