PURPOSE:To prevent a brake from being partially effective when applied to both brake parts, by providing a flow dividing valve, which mounts a spool to be slidably fitted in the axial direction, to be interposed in a brake pipe between a brake valve and the hydraulic brake parts of front and rear wheels. CONSTITUTION:Pressure oil is supplied via a brake valve 2, actuated by 1 brake pedal 2a, to hydraulic brake parts 4a, 5a in front and rear wheels 4, 5 of a construction vehicle. A flow dividing valve A is provided in the downstream side of the hydraulic brake valve 2. This flow dividing valve A is constituted mounting a spool (a), which controls a connection condition between a pressure oil inlet 3 and pressure oil outlets 6, 7 connected to each hydraulic brake part 4a, 5a, to be slidably fitted so as to hold a ball 11 in the spool (a) to the neutral position by piston rods 13a, 14a in right and left pistons 13, 14. While the flow divider valve A is constituted lifting a detent ball 18, when the spool (a) moves, and closing a contact 19 so as to operate an alarm device B.
