LOW NOISE AMPLIFICATION CIRCUIT INCORPORATING PELTIER ELEMENT

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce noises which occur from a circuit by mounting the amplification circuit part of a usual substrate an a Peltier element substrate so as to obtain a cooling substrate. CONSTITUTION:The amplification circuit part on the usual circuit substrate 1 is packaged on a low temperature surface 2a to be controlled of the Peltier element 2 and the Peltier element 2 is buried in the usual circuit substrate 1. Meanwhile the heating of the high temperature surface 2b to be controlled of the Peltier element is absorbed by a heat sink 3 and even the frame of an equipment main body having high rediation characteristic can be substituted for the heat sink 3. Thus, the lowering the noises of the amplification circuit is enhance and the device can be minimized and lightened.
