PURPOSE:To minimize a transmitting delay and to simplify a signal processing by starting an A/D conversion at the beginning of a receiving signal and only when address information during the receiving is coincident, replacing and re-transmitting A/D converting data. CONSTITUTION:A signal composed of the order of synchronizing information and data information is generated from the master station of a loop-shaped transmitting device and received to a slave station 10 as a receiving signal (a). An A/D starting pulse circuit 6 detects the synchronizing information of the signal (a) and then, outputs a starting signal (d) to an A/D converter 5. An address coincidence detecting memory circuit 2, when the address information of the signal (a) is coincident to the address of its own station, outputs a signal (c) and switches a switch 7 from an (h) side to an (e) side. Then, after the synchronizing information and the address information are re-transmitted through a delaying circuit 3 and the switch 7, the A/D converting data from a parallel serial converter 4 are transmitted through the switch 7 as the data information.
