PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a uniform brightness with generating no unevenness even though a reinforcement glass is used, by spreading no fluorescent paint at the parts opposing to the reinforcement glass, of the phosphor membranes formed at the inner surfaces of a pair of plane glasses. CONSTITUTION:The upper and the lower surfaces of a reinforcement glass 11 are positioned opposing to the no-painting parts 5 and 6 of the upper and the lower plane glasses 1 and 2, and at the lower surface opposing to the no- painting part 6 of the lower plane glass 2, a reflection membrane 7 is formed. Therefore, the incident light through the reinforcement glass 11 is deffusely- reflected at the side wall traveling upward, transmitted through the no-painting part 5 and the upper plane glass 1, and radiated outward. And the light reflected downward is transmitted through the lower no-painting part 6 and the lower plane glass 2, being reflected at the reflection membrane 7 to the upper side, transmitted through the upper plane glass 1 and radiated outward. Therefore, the deterioration of the brightness at the reinforcement glass is little, and the even brightness over the whole luminous surface can be obtained.
