PURPOSE:To make it possible too continuously pour water on a machining section by rotatably mounting a tool cover to a tool connecting shaft, attaching a water pouring nozzle to the tool cover, and fitting the upper end to an auxiliary system rotating the tool cover so as to always cope with the face to be machined. CONSTITUTION:The connecting shaft of a cutting tool 13 is provided with a tool cover 16 rotatable due to a bearing so that the side of the face to be machined may be opened. A water pouring pipe 18 fitted with a plurality of water pouring nozzle 17 is mounted to the tool cover 16 through a sleeve 19 and is capable of vertical slide because of a spring 20. The upper end section of the pipe 18 is detachably attached to a worm wheel 33 for auxiliary drive through a connecting tube 33. The opening section of the tool cover 16 is made to always face a cutting position by controlling the worm wheel 33 for auxiliary drive, and the water pouring nozzle is made to always face a cutting portion. Thus, water is always poured to a cutting section by means of the cutting tool 13 to enhance operation efficiency. |
