PURPOSE:To prevent printing omission by a method wherein in the case where variation of a power source for driving a hammer is not less than a specific scale, hammering is stopped for a specific time. CONSTITUTION:This printer equipment is driven with a motor 1 and at the same time, has a printing body equipped with a plurality of type faces, and printing is carried out by hammering against the type face by a hammer drive means 4. A power source variation detection means 2 for detecting a specific variation of voltage, current, or electric power supplied to the motor 1 from a power source, and a hammering stop means 3 for indicating a stop for a specific time to the hammer drive means 4 in the case of receiving a detection signal from the power source variation detection means 2 are provided to this equipment. Then, the hammer is stopped for a specific time by an example of a momentary interruption of the power source. Since momentary interruption is not always generated, printing process is never impeded. |
