PURPOSE:To eliminate the erroneous action of a disk reproducing device without a function to reproduce a solid video by recording a stereoscopic video identifying signal and recording a signal to show a field recording at the time of the solid video recording. CONSTITUTION:A video for a right eye is image-formed at a CCD 12 by a lens 22 for a right eye. In the same way, the video for a left eye is image- formed at a CCD 14. A video signal from CCD 12 and 14 is alternately switched and outputted for one field by a switch 28. Next, after the FM modulation is executed by an FM modulating circuit 30, a signal is multiplexed to DPSK by an adder 34. Out of the added DPSK signal, a field frame identifying signal is a signal to show a field recording. Into the user area of the DPSK signal, a stereoscopic video recording discriminating signal to show that the video is a solid video is inserted. A magnetic head 44 records the video signals for a right eye and a left eye to respective tracks of a video floppy 16. |
