PURPOSE:To realize the title temp. regulator having excellent running efficiency by detecting the temp. in the coating booth, and comparing the detected temp. with the predetermined dew-point temp. to control the start of a humidifier. CONSTITUTION:Humidifiers 17a, 17b, and 22 and heaters 11 and 27 are provided to supply the air with the temp. and humidity controlled to the specified values into the coating booth 24. A temp. sensor 30 is further provided in the coating booth 24 to detect the inside temp. The temp. detected by the temp. sensor 30 is compared with the predetermined dew-point temp., and the start of the humidifier is controlled by humidifier controllers 26, 31, and 32. As a result, the unnecessary operating time as before can be saved, and the temp. regulator with excellent running efficiency can be realized.
