PURPOSE:To back-diffuse a spread spectrum signal, and at the same time, to keep an actual data transmission speed high by generating a double frequency by frequency-mixing a spectrum, positioned symmetrically always for the former carrier frequency of a communication wave. CONSTITUTION:A frequency mixing means 11 frequency-mixes the spectrum, positioned symmetrically always for the former carrier frequency of the communication wave, and generates the double frequency. The spread spectrum signal, inputted to an input terminal 23 and entering f0, is frequency-mixed by using a non-linearity between the base and the emitter of a transistor 21, and only the component of 2f0 among them is selected by a tuner 22, and is inputted to a data detector 12, and is demodulated into the data. Accordingly, since a synchronization with a false random signal is not necessary, a back-diffusion processing is performed instantaneously, and the actual data transmission speed is kept high.
